Name: Jordan Brodie
Brief Blurb: “Queensland Music Award winning guitarist and composer Jordan Brodie, is regarded as "one of the best young guitar players in the Queensland region". A graduate of the prestigious Queensland Conservatorium of Music, Jordan is set to release his new fingerstyle guitar album in March 2018. Jordan blends the sounds of folk, jazz and classical music and draws on old and new inspirations such as Emil Ernebro, Julian Lage and Tommy Emmanuel. He has impressed national audiences with his Fingerstyle guitar technique, incorporating the bass, rhythm and melody parts simultaneously, in a performance not to be missed.

“An emerging master of the guitar. His technical virtuosity is a delight for all guitar players – strong and solid across the full range of the instrument.” - Michael Stewart, President (Newport Folk Festival)
