Name: Christian Rizzalli
Brief Blurb: "Christian Rizzalli is a folk musician based in Brisbane. Playing bouzouki, mandolin and tenor banjo, his repertoire draws upon a wide range of Irish and English traditional sources, along with the rich body of Anglo-Celtic folk music that has been fostered in Australia. Some of his key influences include The Young Tradition, Planxty and Daoiri Farrell.

Christian owes much of his experience to the folk community of Brisbane, particularly the singing session and Irish tune session groups. He has been playing in these groups since late 2015 and still draws much of his repertoire from the singers and players who attend these sessions. Performing as a solo musician, Christian presents a variety of songs (both accompanied and unaccompanied) and tunes, all simply arranged for a wonderful experience of music and storytelling."
